Administration tabs

The Store's contributions to the instance app (/Admin). Each child is a UiContribution with context: AppSettings, host: Admin and gates.adminOnly; it embeds a Store layout area. Manage apps lists the apps on the instance with Add, Remove and audience; Package sources keeps the repositories the instance installs from and its own GitHub App; Maps holds the instance's map keys (Key Vault) and default renderer; Integrations holds the developer credentials of the personal-data apps (Apple WeatherKit and MusicKit, the Google OAuth client; see Settings scope); Operations lists the packages that run the instance.
