Accounts (inbox bar)

Puts the Accounts button on the unified inbox (/{user}/Inbox): it opens the Mail app's accounts view (/{user}/MailAccounts), and beside it a note for each source the inbox lists that is not connected or needs attention. Embeds the InboxAccounts area of the viewer's own user node.
